Electronic signatures are accepted in most countries, and Zoho Sign supports laws such as the US ESIGN Act, eIDAS in Europe and ECTA in South Africa. What’s the difference between an e-signature and a digital signature?
An e-signature can be as simple as a typed or drawn name. A digital signature adds a certificate and checks who is signing, so it gives stronger proof and shows if anything changed afterwards. We help you decide which level each document needs.
Is Zoho Sign secure?
